I wrote an eBook guide to setting up a self help group some time ago and am thinking about updating it.

If anyone is interested in checking it out I am happy to email you the PDF to get your feedback on it.

And, if anyone has a good story about their own experiences setting up and/or running a support group, I would be happy to consider including a story or comments from you (effectively giving you free advertising for your group!)

i work part time for a UK charity that supports people with IBS, one of my roles is to support the Self Help groups within the charity. I have a rather crap guide to setting up and running a group so would be really interested in yours. Obviously very happy to review it too and credit you along the way.
