Got another 'elper on board
Chris AKA grampawatt has agreed to be my Alternative Therapies specialist.

He certainly doesn't want anyone to think he has all the answers but I'm sure, along with the knowledge he has got he also knows how to find out and evaluate information about other alternative therapies.
