Me yesterday
I am doing some training as an associate for a small company.
Yesterday my training was assessed - not just for me but as a representative of the company.
Afterwards the assessor, who was there for an hour said she didn't want to go as she was enjoying the session and gave me an excellent grade one rating, saying it was clear that the delegates were not only learning something they were clearly really involved and enjoying the training.
