Flotation tanksI went to a relaxation day last year which had several treatments including a flotatin tank, i'm going to book one next week beacuse I found it really good, I was worried about feeling shut in but I went in an older one ( the newer ones are more tank like) which was the hight of a room and probally about 8ft sq and it didnt feel to closed in. it felt as if i was only in there for a few min but after 45 min i felt very calm, so I would recomend it to any one.

This something I've always fancied too.
Did it have any 'lasing' effects or just destress you at the time?

Have you ever tried reflexology, Louise? I find that it's very relaxing, if you're not sure about the benefits of flotation tanks.
