Up to a point I agree,Laura. But its' so nice when people you had thought you had "lost" reappear. I've had that happen several times over the past few years. One of them was a cousin I hadn't seen since we were teenagers. Now, we're as close as ever, making up for lost time. We chat on the phone every few weeks, and get together when we can-sadly she's back home in Scotland, so not as often as we'd like! But, tentatively looking to have trip back in March, so will have a day with her then.
Wonder, if instead, of people not making it to your future, if they actually come back into it when circumstances are more auspicious.....
