I can be the same Amber,
Other peoples problems are easy when we haven't got the emotional investment in them - it's always different from the inside.
One good thing comes from it though. People, who think we have got it all together and sorted, come to realise that we're just as crap with our own issues as they are with theirs. I suppose in a roundabout way that can give them more confidence in their coping skills.
