No No No This man has killed someone and he is winging about now having enough food - and that's after eating 3000 calories a day. What sort of society are we living in when a murderer can take the prison system to court because he is now having a reasonable food intake and which will improve his health in the long run.
I am a bit of a hard liner when it comes to prisoners and think we have gone soft on punishment. I know this case is in US but there was a report on the TV a day or two since which said the prisoners didn't bother to try escaping now because life was so easy. Other criminals break into the prisoners to provide drugs etc but the prisoners don't try to break out.
I would charge this man with wasting the courts time. He has lost weight the family and friends have lost more than a few pounds of fat and their lost can't be replaced by overeating. Yes it mad me a bit cross to read that article.

I agrre with you entirely on this Gwen. Prisoners are always going on about their human rights......what a laugh. They didn't give their victims human rights. Makes me so mad!!

Want to say ---- aww diddums! ----------- sunds like one spoilt brat! So spoilt and egotistical that murdering someone is better than him being upset.
He should be put on a strictly controlled 1500 cal diet in order to get him to a healthy weight in my 'considered' opinion.

I'm very strong on human rights - but only so long as people accept the responsibilities that go along with their rights.
No-one gets their pudding first in my house - actually I sometimes do but you know what I mean.
