YogaI have taken some advice, I think it was from Mum that maybe I should so something to sort my achy joints out... Well I have bought a book, this is it...

I got it for £4.99 from The Bookpeople, it comes with a DVD which I'm going to watch tonight. I had a flick through the book last night and it looks quite straightforward. There are 4 different 15 min sections, one for early morning, one for strengthening, one for early evening and one for just before bed. The diagrams look easy to recreate and the explanations good.
Anyway I will let you know how I get on... I just need to get myself a mat, I did have one but gave it away when I moved because I didn't use it! Doh!!!
Does anyone else do yoga?

I do Yoga quite regularly - at the gym or at my local school. I really enjoy it and its great for flexibility and suppleness.
Last year I went on a great holiday to Italy for 4 days of Yoga with Sunflower Retreats.

Whilst you're waiting to get a mat (that's a good ploy!), used a folded duvet on the floor, or something similar to protect you on the wooden floor. Oh, and don't let Alfie try and join in, you know he'll want to!!

Been doing yoga for a while Jo and love it. Been a little lazy for the last week or two but generally do a 40 min session 3 times a week. It's great - really relaxing and I find I don't ache as much when I'm doing it regularly.
