I've come to realise Jo that it is worth getting excited over pictures such as these. you can create your own persona to go with the picture. They are exactly as you want them to be - including being just opinionated enough to provide a challenge and keep us on our toes but not enough t be boring or "always right".

They don't smell or fart or get in the way when we want to be independant; don't eat us out of house and home and can always be relied upon (in our minds at least) to say exactly the right thing.

I'll have Clooney! or even House (Hugh Lawrie) - me being the one to get through his embittered shell of course!

You're right Helen, maybe I'll go out tomorrow and buy lots of posters of all the celebs I like and put them up all around my flat... it will be just like I am young again!
