Not sure I dare do this - exercise is a real big problem, the spirits willing but the flesh (or bones) is weak. Bet I am at least = 5years.

62.6. Need to lose weight, excercise and slow down when driving. The last one may prolong my life but not sure why driving a bit faster makes you older than your years. |

It doesn't BUT on average - if you drive too fast you are more likely to die early so that brings the average down.
Funny that --going too fast added years to me and Kathy as well. And the say the youngsters don't know how to be sensible on the road
Thing is it's not just speed - it's just that is the most easily quantifiable.
I was driving fast yesterday on the M1 from Sheffield to Birmingham BUT there was a big gap _ and there always is between me and the car in front, luckily.
A few cars further forward an exhaust dropped off a car - cue much shunting and scraping. I was far enough behind to stop and also aware enough to realise the car behind me wasn't and was able to get down the outside of the car in front without touching him which enabled the car behind me - who would have hit me - to stop. If I hadn't got out the way he would not only have hit me but shunted me into the one in front I think. The one behind him did just touch him but no real damage done.
All good fun - and the driver behind me had the 'grace' to say "I'll never criticise women drivers again (Actually I was shaking like a leaf and stayed below 70 for the rest of the journey
There were a few bent bumpers and crumpled bits but I don't think anyone was seriously hurt. Got away from it as soon as I could. _________________ “You can complain because roses have thorns, or you can rejoice because thorns have roses.”

Good move, I think that being aware of what is going on around you is what keeps you reasonably safe on the roads. Hope you feel Ok today.
I'm still sulking about my real age. OK my body may be 62.6 but I have a mind that refuses to grow up.
